seit dem 12.08.2026 ist die neue Europäische Verpackungsverordnung (PPWR) in Kraft.
Diese Verordnung bringt für kleine Unternehmen einen unverhältnismäßig hohen Bürokratie- und Kostenaufwand mit sich.
Aus diesem Grund müssen wir leider vorerst den Versand in alle EU-Mitgliedstaaten außer Deutschland einstellen. Europäische Länder, die nicht Teil der Europäischen Union sind, sowie der Rest der Welt sind davon ausgeschlossen.
Es tut uns sehr leid, dass wir diesen Schritt gehen müssen, aber solange es keine Rechtssicherheit oder Ausnahmeregelungen für kleine Unternehmen gibt, ist das die einzige Möglichkeit, gesetzeskonform weiterarbeiten zu können.

Dear Customers,
since 12 August 2026, the new European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) has been in force.
This regulation creates a disproportionately high administrative and financial burden for small businesses.
For this reason, we unfortunately have to temporarily suspend shipping to all EU member states except Germany. European countries that are not part of the European Union, as well as the rest of the world, are not affected by this.
We are very sorry that we have to take this step, but as long as there is no legal certainty or exemptions for small businesses, this is the only way for us to continue operating in compliance with the law.

desde el 12 de agosto de 2026 está en vigor el nuevo Reglamento Europeo sobre Envases y Residuos de Envases (PPWR).
Este reglamento supone una carga burocrática y económica desproporcionadamente elevada para las pequeñas empresas.
Por este motivo, lamentablemente nos vemos obligados a suspender temporalmente los envíos a todos los Estados miembros de la UE, excepto Alemania. Los países europeos que no forman parte de la Unión Europea, así como el resto del mundo, no se ven afectados por esta medida.
Lamentamos mucho tener que tomar esta decisión, pero mientras no exista seguridad jurídica ni excepciones para las pequeñas empresas, esta es la única forma de poder seguir trabajando de conformidad con la legislación vigente.
